A shrine dedicated to Saint Carlo shall be installed in Holy Cross Church, with blessing of the new shrine by Monsignor Anthony Figueiredo and Prior Provincial Fr John Harris OP planned for January 2026.
The visit last November of then Blessed Carlo's heart relic to Holy Cross was a truly joyous time. Monsignor Anthony's presenting of a permanent first-class relic to Holy Cross has seen a strong devotion to Saint Carlo grow in our community.
The Monthly Masses in honour of Saint Carlo, through the varied insights of the visiting Dominican preachers, have helped deepen the community's appreciation of how Carlo's approach to his faith is one which we can all endeavour to follow.
Our next Monthly Mass takes place at 7:30pm on Monday 15th December. The celebrant and preacher is Fr Eoin Casey OP.
