Shrine Dedicated to St. Carlo
A shrine dedicated to Saint Carlo shall be installed in Holy Cross Church, with blessing of the new shrine by Monsignor Anthony Figueiredo and Prior Provincial Fr John Harris OP planned for January 2026.
Christmas 2025
The first Mass of Christmas this year at 7:30pm on Christmas Eve is a Children's Liturgy , followed later that night by Midnight Mass. Our Holy Cross Choir shall sing at both the 7:30pm and midnight Masses on Christmas Eve. Christmas Day Masses take place at 8am, 9:30am and 12pm. The choir shall sing at the noon Mass. November Remembrance Mass
A special Mass will be celebrated at 7:30pm Friday 28th November to remember all those who have died in the last year, since November 2024. If you wish to have someone remembered at this Mass, please leave their name into the Mass Office.
May their souls and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
Advent Lecture Series
We invite you to join us during Advent for Fr Louis Hughes’ lecture series ‘How to make a Holy Hour’. The series runs over three Sundays - 4pm November 30th, December 7th and December 14th. Deepening your Holy Hour — an experience of God's silent presence, through guided contemplation.
Fr Louis OP is an experienced retreat-giver and spiritual guide. He is author of the books Body-Mind Meditation and The Art of Allowing - The Breath in Meditation and in Life.
Advent Rorate Masses
Join us at Holy Cross Tralee for our candlelight Advent Rorate Masses at 7:30pm on Friday December 5th, 12th & 19th - a beautiful way to help us "Prepare the Way for the Lord".
You may bring your own candlelit lantern with you.
Shrines of Italy Pilgrimage 2026
The Shrines of Italy National Dominican Pilgrimage to Rome, Assisi & Siena takes place 28th September - 5th October 2026.
This 7-night pilgrimage, led by Fr David McGovern OP, includes visits to the Sanctuary of St. Catherine of Siena and the tombs of St. Francis, St. Clare and St. Carlo Acutis.
